パソコンが苦手なメンバーがいても、他のメンバーがすぐにフォローし、 「入力が苦手なら音声で」「この操作はショートカットで」など、代替案が自然に出てくるようになりました。こうした積み重ねが、チームに一体感を生み、 チーム目標と個人目標がより具体的に結びついていくのです。

As we continue our AI reskilling training, I am once again realizing the strengths of a structured approach. By standardizing methods and conditions, we achieve high reproducibility—meaning we can consistently produce the same results—and ensure that what is learned is shared across the entire team.
Even when a team member struggles with computers, others step in immediately to help. Alternative solutions emerge naturally—such as using voice input instead of typing or employing keyboard shortcuts for specific tasks. This accumulation of small, collaborative efforts fosters a sense of unity and creates a more concrete link between team goals and individual objectives.
