AIリスキリング研修では、プロンプト作成→出力だけで終わらせず、毎回の最後に“ミーティング形式のまとめ”を行っています。 今日学んだことを構造化し、短時間で整理し、発表することで、実務で使える再現性を高める狙いです。
また、話し方レッスンで鍛えた要素も組み込み、営業OSとしてどう活用するかも練習しています。 タイムスケジュール表で全体を管理しつつ、時間にゆとりを持たせて調整できるように設計しています。

In our AI reskilling program, we don’t stop at just generating prompts and outputs; we conclude every session with a “meeting-style wrap-up.” The goal is to enhance practical applicability by structuring what was learned, organizing it quickly, and presenting it.
We also integrate the communication skills we’ve honed, practicing how to apply these tools as part of our “sales operating system.” The schedule is designed to manage the overall flow while allowing for flexibility and buffer time.
