AIリスキリング研修では、AIの使い方に加え、出力をどう実務へ活かすかをチームで議論します。オンラインにもかかわらず、ミーティングは回を重ねるほど白熱し、リーダーのマネジメントのもと深い議論が続くようになりました。
そこで「まずは何分以内に結論を出す」ルールを導入した結果、ブレイクアウトルームでは、さらに楽しく有益な話し合いが進み、組織の自走力が着実に育っています。オンラインでも熱量は伝搬するのです。

Things get lively, even online.
In our AI reskilling training, teams discuss not only how to use AI tools but also how to apply the output to actual work tasks. Despite the online setting, the meetings grew increasingly animated over time, evolving into deep discussions guided by effective leadership.
We introduced a rule requiring teams to reach a conclusion within a set timeframe; as a result, breakout room discussions became even more enjoyable and productive, steadily fostering the organization’s ability to operate autonomously. It goes to show that enthusiasm is contagious, even online.
