驚くほど時間短縮になりました。
Claudeスキルを導入してから、作業の“手作業部分”が一気に削減されました。 これまで、記事の選定→Pythonで要約→ワードへ転記→データベース化→経営レポート作成という一連の流れには、細かな調整や転記作業が多く、A4に収める編集まで含めると相当な手間でした。
しかし今は、AIへ簡単な指示を出すだけで一括処理が可能に。秒単位で感じていた手間が消え、「こんなにも楽になるのか」と実感しています。時間にして30分が7，8分といたところです。
自分では作業の合間に内容を読めていたので気づきませんでしたが、スキル化による効率化は圧倒的。今後も、スキル化できる業務は順次進めていこうと思います。
Implementing Claude Skills!
It has resulted in a remarkable reduction in time.
Since implementing Claude Skills, the “manual” aspects of the workflow have been drastically cut down. Previously, the entire process—selecting articles, summarizing them with Python, copying the text into Word, creating a database, and compiling management reports—involved numerous fine-tuning and data-entry tasks; even just formatting the output to fit on an A4 page was a significant hassle.
Now, however, I can handle everything in a single batch simply by giving the AI a few quick instructions. The tedious effort that used to drag on has vanished, and I am amazed at how much easier the work has become. In terms of time, a task that used to take 30 minutes now takes just 7 or 8.
I hadn’t fully realized the impact while doing the work piecemeal, but the efficiency gains from automating these tasks are overwhelming. I plan to continue converting more of my workflows into automated skills moving forward.
