次回のAIリスキリング研修に向けて、テキストを作成しました。予習も兼ねて、リハーサルとして音読中心で学習しています。8月の研修より内容がグレードアップしているため、その点を意識しながら読み進めています。
まだ最後まで読んだわけではありませんが、実務に直結した内容で、業務理解も自然と深まります。世の中の研修は「研修は研修、実務は実務」と分断されがちですが、今回も現場でそのまま使える印象です。
経営コンサルとはいえ現場出身です。オフィス業界で培った応用力が、テキスト作成にも活きています。オーダー品の制作経験もあり、どんな業務にも対応できるフレキシブルさを感じています。
Preparing for the AI Reskilling Training!

I have prepared the training materials for the upcoming AI reskilling session. As part of my preparation, I am conducting a rehearsal by reading the text aloud. The content has been upgraded since the August session, so I am reading through it with that in mind.
Although I haven’t finished reading the entire text yet, the content is directly relevant to practical work, naturally deepening my understanding of business operations. Training programs often tend to create a disconnect between “training” and “actual work,” but this material feels like something that can be applied immediately in the field.
While I work as a management consultant, I have a background in frontline operations. The adaptability I cultivated in the office industry is proving valuable in creating these materials. Having experience in producing custom-made products also gives me the flexibility to handle a wide variety of business tasks.
