マニュアル型の世界観が垣間見えたようです。
新しいAI研修テキストを作成し、当日の流れをイメージしながら読み込んでみましたが、どうも腑に落ちませんでした。原因を探ると、AIはどうしても“個人目標”前提でテキスト化してしまうことに気づきました。実際の研修は“グループ目標”が基準。そこでワンシート企画書を作り、グループ目標の利点や留意点を丁寧に記載し、再度テキスト化したところ、なんとか現場対応できる内容に改善されました。
AIはマニュアル型の世界観を学習しやすく、イレギュラーや裁量のある現場には弱いのです。今回の作業で、AIの弱点と社会の特徴がよく見えた気がします。
Revamping the AI Training Materials!
It seems I caught a glimpse of the “manual-driven” worldview inherent in AI.
I created new AI training materials and reviewed them while visualizing the actual flow of the session, but something didn’t quite sit right. Upon investigation, I realized that AI tends to generate text based on the premise of “individual goals.” In contrast, actual training sessions are centered on “group goals.” To address this, I created a one-page proposal clearly outlining the benefits and key considerations of group goals; when I incorporated this into the materials, the content improved to a level suitable for practical application.
AI easily adopts a “manual-driven” perspective, making it less effective in real-world settings that require handling exceptions or exercising discretion. This process gave me a clear insight into both the weaknesses of AI and the realities of the real world.
