NETIS詳細説明資料をAIに丸ごと入力するのは現実的ではなく、どう分割すれば初期出力を得られるのか試行錯誤していました。案件の特性上、従来の知識だけでは記述が難しく、まずは「たたき台」を作る方法を探った結果、連続性を保ちながら少しずつ入力する形に落ち着きました。
専門家でも悩む難解な項目で、素人には何を記載すべきか分からない領域です。実際、意図が読み取れない資料も多く見てきました。今回、AIでたたき台を作る手順を確立できたことで、今後は効率化が進みそうです。
NETIS Detailed Documentation!
I’ve successfully used AI to process some of the most challenging documentation.
Feeding an entire set of detailed NETIS (New Technology Information System) documentation into an AI isn’t practical, so I spent time experimenting with how to break it down to generate a useful initial output. Given the specific nature of this project—which requires expertise beyond standard general knowledge—I needed a way to create a solid “draft.” I eventually settled on an approach of feeding the data into the AI in smaller, sequential segments while ensuring the overall continuity remained intact.
These documents contain highly complex, technical sections that even experts find difficult to navigate—let alone a layperson, who wouldn’t even know where to begin. In fact, I’ve frequently encountered documents where the original intent was nearly impossible to decipher. By establishing this workflow for using AI to generate a draft, I expect to see significant improvements in efficiency moving forward.
