構造化を説明する機会が増えたことで、自分の中の疑問点が整理され、効果をより実感するようになりました。特に、新聞記事の構造化要約→データベース化→経営レポート抽出の一連の流れは、以前は40分ほどかかっていたのが、今では20分前後でできるようになりました。
さらに、要約を「目的・背景・制約条件・判断基準」の4項目で整理するようになってから、編集スピードも読みやすさも向上。伝えやすく、共有しやすくなり、再現性が高まったことが最大の成果だと感じています。

Easier to Convey and Share
Having more opportunities to explain the concept of structuring has helped me clarify my own understanding and truly appreciate its effectiveness. In particular, I have cut the time required for the entire workflow—from creating structured summaries of newspaper articles and entering them into a database to generating management reports—from around 40 minutes down to approximately 20 minutes.
Furthermore, organizing summaries into four key categories—purpose, background, constraints, and decision criteria—has improved both editing speed and readability. I believe the greatest benefit is that information is now easier to convey and share, leading to greater consistency and reproducibility in the process.
