AIリスキリング研修を進める中で、ミーティングの質が大きく変わってきました。 AIが事前に情報を整理してくれることで、会議の時間が「共有」ではなく「判断と決定」に集中できるようになり、議論が深まるスピードが明らかに上がっています。
また、メンバー同士の視点が揃い始め、「何を優先し、どこを改善するか」が自然と共通言語になってきました。 属人化していた暗黙知も表に出て、チーム全体の再現性が高まっています。効率化だけでなく、意思決定の質が上がる。 この変化こそ、現場が自走し始めた証だと感じています。
A Transformation in the Quality of Our Meetings!
Shifting from information sharing to judgment and decision-making.
As we’ve implemented AI upskilling training, the quality of our meetings has undergone a significant transformation. With AI handling the preliminary organization of information, our meeting time is no longer consumed by mere “sharing”—instead, we can focus entirely on “judgment and decision-making,” which has noticeably accelerated the depth of our discussions.
Furthermore, team members have begun to align their perspectives, and concepts like “what to prioritize” and “where to make improvements” have naturally evolved into a shared language. Tacit knowledge—previously locked away within individuals—has been brought to the surface, enhancing the team’s overall ability to replicate successful outcomes. We are seeing not only greater efficiency but also a higher quality of decision-making. I believe this shift is clear evidence that our team has begun to operate with true autonomy.
