AI自動化が花盛りの時代。どのサイトを見ても「自動化」「効率化」の文字が並びます。 一方で私は、昔ながらにAIへ問いかけながら、ひとつずつ課題をクリアする“対話型”の進め方を続けています。
出遅れているのでは…と思いAIに相談したところ、返ってきた答えは「これは協働型の最先端モデルです」。 主導権を自分が握れ、思考の解像度が上がり、ハルシネーションも防げる──むしろ高度な方法だと。
自動化がもてはやされる今だからこそ、考えながらコツコツ対話するプロセスが最終成果の質に直結する。 派手さはないけれど、着実に一歩ずつ。これが自分に合ったやり方です。なんだかうれしいなあ。

We live in an era where AI automation is all the rage; everywhere you look, you see words like “automation” and “efficiency.” Yet, I continue to work in a “conversational” style—engaging in a dialogue with the AI and tackling challenges one by one, much like in the old days.
Wondering if I was falling behind, I asked the AI about my approach, and the reply was: “This is a cutting-edge, collaborative model.” It turns out that maintaining the lead, sharpening the resolution of my thinking, and preventing hallucinations—these actually make it a highly sophisticated method.
Precisely because automation is currently so celebrated, the process of engaging in a steady dialogue while thinking things through directly impacts the quality of the final result. It may not be flashy, but moving forward step by step—steadily and surely—is the way that works best for me. That realization makes me happy.
