先日の1on1は、グロウエンジン株式会社・野口直社さん。エンジニアとしての視点からAI活用の話を深く聞けて、とても有意義でした。私は営業出身で非エンジニアです。AIは使ってはいるものの、理論面はまだ弱く、周囲に相談できる技術者もいませんでした。
今回、自分の手法が概ね正しく、さらに、まだ自動化できる部分もあると確認できて大きな安心感を得ました。これからも迷ったら相談できる“強い味方”ができたことを心強く感じています。

It gave me great peace of mind.
I recently had a one-on-one session with Mr. Nao Noguchi from Grow Engine Inc. It was a highly valuable experience, as I was able to gain deep insights into AI utilization from an engineer’s perspective. My background is in sales, not engineering; while I do use AI, my understanding of the underlying theory is still weak, and I didn’t have any technical experts around whom I could consult.
This session gave me a great sense of reassurance, confirming that my approach was largely correct while also revealing areas where further automation is possible. It is truly heartening to know I now have a “powerful ally” I can turn to for advice whenever I’m unsure.
