NETIS（建設業新技術活用データベース）申請の旧様式3の作成に没頭しています。添付資料を読み込みながら構造をつかみ、空白を一つずつ埋めていくこの工程は、本当に“しびれる”楽しさがあります。公共工事の品質・安全・施工性・環境という評価軸そのものを言語化していく作業は、量こそ少なく見えても密度が圧倒的。まさに職人の領域です。技術の本質を整理し、比較し、構造として立ち上げていくこのプロセスは、やればやるほど深みが出る。まだ空白も多いですが、ここからが腕の見せどころです。

The “Old Form 3” is a real challenge.
I am currently immersed in preparing “Old Form 3” for the NETIS (New Technology Information System) application. There is a truly thrilling satisfaction in grasping the structure while analyzing the supporting documents and filling in the blanks one by one. Articulating the very criteria used to evaluate public works—quality, safety, constructability, and environmental impact—demands an incredible density of thought, even if the volume of text appears modest. It is truly the realm of the craftsman. The process of organizing the essence of the technology, making comparisons, and building a coherent structure reveals greater depth the more you engage with it. There are still many blanks to fill, but this is where I can really show my mettle.
