They have made my work incredibly fast.
While we often speak of “automation” in general terms, it is easier to organize the concept by breaking it down into three categories:
・Skills = Saving a workflow so that a task is processed with consistent quality whenever a request is made.
・Automation = Running autonomously based on a set schedule or specific events.
・Apps = Applications with a user interface that run when a user operates them.
By leveraging these “Skills,” I was able to drastically speed up document creation. Teaching AI the standard patterns of a workflow improves both quality and consistency, significantly reducing the burden on the team.
