AI研修テキストの作成時間が、ここ最近で一気に短縮しました。以前は構成づくりから悩み、途中で息切れすることもありましたが、今では「もう完成したのですか」「見やすいですね」と評価をいただくほどです。
AIリスキリング研修36講座のテキストも、資料を添付して指示すれば約1時間で完成しました。さらに日本語の案内文の資料を、デザインを崩さず中国語・英語へ変換し、Illustratorで編集できる形にする作業も、12枚を1時間ほどで仕上がりました。
生産性の高さに驚きつつ、他の業務に振り分けられる時間も確実に増えています。
Productivity has soared!
I now have more time to dedicate to other tasks.
The time required to create AI training materials has dropped dramatically of late. Previously, I would struggle just with the outline and sometimes run out of steam halfway through; now, however, the materials receive praise like, “Is it finished already?” and “It’s so easy to read.”
I was able to complete the materials for 36 AI reskilling training courses in just about an hour simply by attaching the source documents and providing instructions. Furthermore, I converted 12 pages of Japanese informational materials into Chinese and English—while preserving the original layout and ensuring the files remained editable in Illustrator—in roughly one hour.
While I am amazed by this level of productivity, the time I can allocate to other work has also definitely increased.
