事業説明シートも、さらに簡略化します。
先日のグループミーティングで、自己紹介が以前よりずっと要領よく伝えられるようになったと感じました。 これまでは資料を見せながらでも言葉がつまってしまい、自分でも「わかりにくいな」と思っていたものです。
最近は、業務内容を構造化して整理し、「何をしているのか」「どんな効果があるのか」を短時間で説明できるようになりました。 さらに、話し方レッスンで“どう伝えるとわかりやすいか”を学んだことも大きな要因です。
事業説明のシートも、文字が多すぎるので図表中心に簡略化し、より伝わる形に改善していこうと思います。

I also plan to further simplify the business overview sheet.
During a recent group meeting, I felt that I was able to deliver my self-introduction much more effectively than before. Previously, I would often stumble over my words—even when using visual aids—and felt that my explanations were hard to follow.
Lately, however, I have been able to structure and organize my work details, allowing me to quickly explain what I do and the impact of my work. Another major factor has been the lessons I took on communication techniques, where I learned how to convey information in a way that is easy to understand.
As for the business overview sheet, it currently contains too much text; I intend to simplify it by focusing on charts and diagrams to make it more effective at conveying the message.
