AIリスキング研修の準備で、レッスンも2回目へ入りました。 回数を重ねるほど、出力の「合っているか」だけでなく、なぜその出力になるのかという深い気づきが生まれてきます。
具体的な指示がないのに、AIはどこを見て判断しているのか。 粒度や深さが増していく理由を問い直すことで、出力の質も上がっていきます。
対象は経験の浅い方々なので、依頼して表形式の“ひと目でわかる”出力に変更。 研修らしい形に整い、理解も進みました。準備はたいせつです。
The second training session!
Preparation is key to everything.
We have now reached the second session in our preparations for the AI reskilling training. As we repeat the process, we gain not only an understanding of whether the output is “correct” but also deeper insights into why the AI produces that specific result.
What exactly is the AI looking at to make its judgments when there are no specific instructions? By questioning the reasons behind changes in granularity and depth, the quality of the output improves.
Since the participants are relatively inexperienced, I requested that the output be reformatted into a table for “at-a-glance” clarity. This gave the material a proper training structure and facilitated better understanding. Preparation is truly important.
