AIリスキリング研修の開始が目前に迫ってきました。久々の講師業ということもあり、当日の流れをイメージしながら、テキストを何度も音読し、内容を身体に染み込ませています。

別案件では構造化ワンシートを作成中。一度できても、全体のつながりや説明の通り道を確認し、何度も見直します。

反復・継続・繰り返し。まるで漆塗りのように層が重なり、精度が上がっていく感覚があります。こういう時間が一番充実します。

The AI ​​reskilling training session is just around the corner. Since it has been a while since I last served as an instructor, I am reading the course materials aloud repeatedly—visualizing the flow of the day—to truly internalize the content.

For a separate project, I am currently drafting a “structured one-sheet.” Even after an initial draft is complete, I review it again and again to verify the overall connections and the logical progression of the explanation.

Repetition, continuity, and iteration. It feels like applying layers of lacquer—each pass builds upon the last, steadily refining the precision of the work. These are the moments when I feel most fulfilled.
