すぐに意気投合しました。
東京から松山に出張で、来られるとの連絡をいただき、予定を確認してすぐにOKしました。待ち合わせ場所で軽くあいさつを交わすと、すぐに意気投合しました。この日の最終便で東京に戻られるとのことで、車で松山空港までご案内し、時間を気にせず約2時間ほど業務の情報交換をしました。
ご紹介できる企業も2件あり、10月に一緒に訪問することにしました。SNSを通じて知り合い、面会を求められるのは本当にうれしいものです。愛媛名物のじゃこ天をお土産に持って帰っていただきました。
A friend visiting from afar!
We hit it off immediately.
I received word that they were coming to Matsuyama on a business trip from Tokyo; after checking my schedule, I readily agreed to the meeting. We exchanged brief greetings at the meeting point and instantly hit it off. Since they were returning to Tokyo on the last flight of the day, I drove them to Matsuyama Airport, allowing us to spend about two hours exchanging information about our work without worrying about the time.
I was able to introduce them to two companies, and we arranged to visit them together in October. It is truly a pleasure to meet someone in person after connecting via social media. I sent them off with some jakoten (fried fish cakes)—a famous local specialty of Ehime—as a souvenir.
