開業して24年目に入りました。 会社員時代の勤務年数（23年）を越えたことにも、静かな感慨があります。何か大きく変わるわけではありませんが、これからも一日一日を積み重ね、長く続けることを目標にしていこうと思います。
振り返ると、一番自分を支えてきたのは、現場営業マンとして生きてきたこと、そして独学で学び続けてきたことでした。 その積み重ねが、今のコンサルティングの随所に自然と表れているように感じます。これからも、自分らしい歩みを続けていきます。

I have now surpassed the number of years I spent as a corporate employee.
I have entered my 24th year of running my own business. There is a quiet sense of reflection in realizing that I have now exceeded the 23 years I spent working as a corporate employee. While nothing drastic is changing, my goal remains to continue building day by day and to keep this venture going for the long term.
Looking back, what has sustained me most is my background as a hands-on sales professional, combined with a commitment to continuous self-directed learning. I feel that the accumulation of these experiences naturally manifests throughout my current consulting work. I intend to keep moving forward, following my own unique path.
